En suite room available in central Edinburgh

Hi there,

My boyfriend and I live together on Leith Walk in a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. We’re looking for someone to move in from September/ October, preferably short term.

We’re both young professionals and mostly work from home. We love to cook and go for walks and see friends.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from Waverley and princes street, so very central but also 15 minutes from the shore in Leith which has great restaurants and pubs.

All bills are split equally - council tax, high speed wifi (350mbps), gas and electricity. These typically work out c. £125 a month(each), depending on the time of year. These are included.
