Double bedroom available in Fountainbridge area

Hello!

We’re looking for a flatmate for our lovely 3 bed flat in Fountainbridge/Tollcross area. It’s a 5 minute walk from Grassmarket, 10 minutes to Princes St and a 10-15 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket train stations, with excellent transport links and lots of local amenities.

**Due to council tax, will not be accepting students, and also looking for a long term let.**

The flat is top floor, with a large living room and shared bathroom. There’s lift access, and loads of storage space. It has been recently refurbished and had a new boiler installed. The room has a sliding wardrobe, double bed, a desk and chest of drawers.

You’ll be sharing with Thanh and Aya, two working professionals. We’re looking for someone who is respectful and pretty chill. In our spare time, we like to go to the cinema, listening to music/going to concerts, gaming, or watching the football.

The move in date is 30th August.
