Prefer if looking to stay long term (i. e. at least 6 months) and treat the flat like home. Must be clean and tidy & willing to contribute to cleaning rota.

Rent includes bills (reasonable power useage permitting & excluding landline calls).

Deposit required (normally 1 months rent). Prefer if resident in the UK for a minimum of 6 months but will consider otherwise if willing to pay higher deposit/rent in advance.
