Double room available in leafy terraced house

A 6 month room is available to rent inside a quiet neighborhood terraced house. Ideal for professionals who work in the Gyle business park or need quick access to the west side of the city. There is plenty of storage space and a private garden along with a parking spot if you have a car.

You will be sharing with me (34 male) and sometimes my partner when she comes to visit.

Transport:
There are also excellent public transport (bus, tram, and train) links into the city centre or to Glasgow within a short walk from the house.

Shopping:
Great shopping locations nearby. The Gyle shopping center is a quick 5-minute walk away and has a large M&S and Morrisons. Hermiston Gait retail park is also only a 15-20 minute walk.

Unfortunately, it is not suitable for couples living together due to the size of the house, but if you have a partner, they can of course visit and stay. No smokers, please.
