Sharing with me; a thirty one year old professional who travels some weeks for work and is away most weekends. So I would expect you would have the flat to yourself 50% of the time.

Looking for someone who is respectful of living with others; and is happy to share a meal together.
You're welcome to smoke in the shared garden.
Maximum of 2 days working from home per week.

THE FLAT
Is a beautiful traditional tenement 2-bed flat. It features two generous bedrooms, a living room with separate kitchen. It has a bathroom with a bath + shower. Access to communal garden to the rear.

THE ROOM
Is actually the master bedroom at garden side of the tenement; south facing, very bright especially in the mornings. Pictures show without bed but there is now a bed and mattress. Plus some other furniture/plants that can be removed if you want or not.

Fibre optic internet, council tax and all utilities are included within the weekly rental sum.

Free parking is a 5min walk away.
