Looking for a short-term base in Edinburgh? I’m offering a lovely double room in a spacious, well-kept flat—perfect for someone who needs a home-from-home for 1–4 weeks. This would suit someone in town for work, travel, or between moves. Think of it as more like an Airbnb stay than a long-term flatshare.

About the Flat
The flat is a large, homely 2-bed main-door property, just 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre and close to both Leith and Stockbridge. It’s fully furnished, well-equipped, and has a relaxed, welcoming feel.

- Modern kitchen with all mod-cons + second dining area
- Shared main bathroom + additional upstairs toilet
- Access to a communal garden out back

About the Room
The double room includes:

🧺 Bedside table and large cupboard with shelves and hanging space
It’s located right next to the upstairs toilet, and you’ll share the main bathroom with one other person (me – when I’m home!).

The Set-Up
You’ll be sharing with me, Megan, a 30-year-old professional who travels regularly for work and weekends. You’ll have the place to yourself most of the time (probably at least 50%), so it’s ideal for someone who values a quiet, calm space.

I'm ideally looking for a tidy, clean and respectful non-smoker, someone who will treat the flat with care and consideration while you're here.

Rent & Terms
💰 £300 per week or £1200 per month – all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi)
🗓️ 1–4 week lets preferred
💸 Deposit required and returned at the end of your stay
