The room is furnished and has a wardrobe with hanging space, as well as a decent chest of drawers. The shared kitchen is equipped with standard amenities.
You'll be sharing with one other person.
Electricity bills are not included and average around £60 pcm for heating and hot water during the summertime. Prices rise in the winter but the flat is incredibly well insulated.
