200 Cowgate Edinburgh - all bills included

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the 200 Cowgate private student accomodation starting from around May 25th, 2026 until August 22nd, 2026. It’s a 6-bed flat (Flat 16, 4th floor) with a private ensuite room and a shared kitchen/living area. The flatmates are 2nd/4th/master year students, and the location is very ideal and central - perfect for uni and city life! There are washers and dryers in the basement of the building. Bills and wifi are included. The full rent for the 3 months + a £250 deposit must be paid in full before starting tenancy.
