Come live in the little yellow room

Hey! I’m Chloe & my flatmate Philippa & I are looking for someone new to take over the little yellow room in our flat :)

A little info:
The flat is a top floor 3 bed, lots of steps but also the most amazing light (living room in the morning & kitchen in the evening)

So far it’s been a very homely flat, LOTS of cups of tea & chats, sometimes dinners/game/movie/craft nights (not a party flat) Ideally looking for someone who enjoy living similarly.
I’m a painter/do small art jobs & Philippa is completing her PHD in social & political science.

It’s important that you are LGBTQ friendly, a feminist & just a lovely, caring human all round :)
It goes without saying but keeping communal spaces clean is also a must!

The room is £750 +bills on top of that (council tax, internet & gas/electrics) which add up to around £130.
Room is furnished with a low king bed, clothes rail & chest of drawers.
The room will be available from the 5th of December but the date is flexible for the right person.
