Hello,
My flatmate and I are looking for someone to take over the third room in the property. It’s located in Haymarket, just a 3 minute walk from the tram stop. We’re girls in our early-mid twenties (non-students) and preferably would like someone similar in that regard. Long-term would be preferred because finding a new flatmate is time-consuming :)
Our flat has one toilet room and one shower room, a spacious kitchen, a dishwasher, a little box room, and no living room (we’ve got a sofa and a chair in the flat that technically counts as a living space but it’s not it’s own separate room). The room being advertised has an extra sink and faces the back of the property so I imagine it’s a lot quieter back there. Bonus points if you’re a relatively quiet person because being in Haymarket is already loud enough haha. Council tax and wifi comes out to ~£75, and energy varies based on the month. For as long as I’ve lived here, the cost has varied between £85 to £230 (colder months are more expensive), but we split that 3 ways. So energy costs us anywhere from £29-75 per person depending on the month.
We’re very friendly and respectful, we pay all our bills on time, and we clean up the shared spaces whenever we can. It works really well because we all care equally about the property and about each other to keep it tidy. I’m a smoker but my flatmate is not, so I smoke outside.
Guarantor is required but can be an international guarantor. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know. We’re wanting to have viewings in the coming weeks so let us know if that’s something you wanna do.
