We are looking for a new flatmate for a flatshare in Roseburn !
You'll be joining Jessica (a junior doctor), Stephanie (a support worker), & Philippa, who is a creative from the north of England, currently working in hospo.
We are a pretty chill flat. We just ask for someone who is respectful and tidy.
The flat is well connected. A 10 minute walk from Haymarket, easily accessible via busses from town, and equally very close to the Murrayfield tram stop.
It also has a beautiful garden !
Bills are currently approximately £75 per month. £30 for gas and electric. £45 for council tax. This may increase slightly as we look into new contracts.
