Spacious Double Room Available

We are looking for a flatmate for a spacious double room. It will be available from the 9th of May.

The flat is located on Gorgie road in front of McDonald's. 15 min from the city centre by bus and 45 min from the airport by tram or bus (lines 1, 2, 3, 25, 33 and 38 right downstairs). Aldi, Sainsbury's and Lidl are only 5 min walk.

It is a four-bedroom flat (so you will be sharing with three people), with one bathroom, kitchen and balcony. We are using the living room as a bedroom, so the kitchen is the only common area to hang out with people (but it is a big kitchen with a table for four). The flat is fully equipped. The room has a double bed, two double wardrobes and a desk to study. The window is new, closes properly.

We are three young professionals looking for a clean and respectful long term flatmate.

Couples and pets are not accepted.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
The rent is 300 pounds/month.
Bills around 90 pounds/month (council tax, gas, electricity and internet included).
The deposit is 380 pounds.
The room can be redecorated as you want.
