Bedroom in flat near the Fountainpark mall

Small bedroom with wardrobe, bedside drawers and bed supplied. If you don’t need the bed, the landlord can remove it easily! This flat is on the ground level, with a small front garden with shrubs to block the street view in. Kitchen comes with plenty of extra plates and cooking supplies, gas stove, a washer-dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a single bathroom with plenty of shelf space and electric shower with good water pressure. There’s plenty of cupboard space everywhere, shelves, and places to unpack in. Living room has a tv with my Apple TV and VPN, with a large sofa and table and dining room table and chairs. If you have a cat to move in, big plus!

Tiny bit about me, I’m Zach, I’m on the immigration path into Scotland. I work as a bartender who ends up working some late nights at Cold Town House, so it might be good if one were to be a bit of a night owl so my noise isn’t as disruptive to sleep. I sometimes have my boyfriend come down from Aberdeen once a month for a couple days, but we’re pretty quiet and don’t throw huge parties or anything. My last flatmate moved out recently, and the cat was hers so of course she left as well; if you’re bringing a cat, huge plus!
