I’m moving out of my current £715pm (~£70/month including WiFi) 3 bedroom flat on Dalkeith road, and I’m looking for someone new for my current two other flatmates starting May.
Requirement for the new tenant: female student, preferabily someone staying long term.
About the flat:
• new washing/drying machine, microwave, fridge and oven of high quality
• Managed by the best property agent(PropOp) that provides great service with speedy response. (We complained about our slow washing machine, and got a new one in 4 days!) I think this really makes all the difference to the quality of stay:)
Prime location:
15 mins walk from Kings campus, 5 mins to cameron toll shopping centre (Big sainsbury, Aldi, etc).
There’s also a groceries shop right downstairs.
Frequent buses (30, 33, 14, 2) takes you to city centre in just 10 mins.
• the room has a comfy, soft queen size bed, big window with forest view and amazing golden hour view.
• Plenty of storage space
About your future flatmates:
You’ll be living with Steffie and Sudem. Steffie is from Bahrain, and Sudem is Turkish. They’re two UoE STEM girlies who keep to themselves day-to-day but are always down for a wholesome kitchen chat or a spontaneous girls’ brunch on the weekend. The flat has a chill, respectful vibe where everyone has their own space, but you’ll still feel like part of a little homey girl gang:)
