Single room in Gracemount

Looking for flatmate (female).

Room with double bed.
Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.

The rent is 500 per month plus bills which is hard to say
exactly as different every month but works out probably
about 660 in total (council tax band B, gas, electricity, internet).

I’m clean, tidy, very friendly and respectful of other people’s space, just want to find someone that’s a good fit.
Looking for person for long term.

The flat it managed by agency, so process will take some time.

They will want to see proof of income and address from 3 years as have done for last flatmates.
