• Double room available in house share situated in Craigleith, near the modern art gallery. Perfectly located in a quiet residential area that is well connected in the west city centre.

• Property comprises a shared livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and good sized garden. The available bedroom comes with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe, under-bed storage and desk with chair. Bathroom has a shower over bath with amazing water pressure. Kitchen has dishwasher and coffee machine as well as usual appliances. We have a washing machine, dryer and washing line.

• Bill includes electricity, gas, council tax and fibre optic broadband.

• Free car parking is a 5 minute walk away otherwise a permit for outside parking can be applied for.


Housemates
• We’re a gay couple who own and live in the house. Both scientists, one works in biotechnology in Edinburgh and the other is a chemist who works abroad periodically.


Area
• Craigleith retail park which includes a Sainburys, Lidl, Pure Gym, Boots amongst other useful shops is a 10 minute walk from the house and Stockbridge’s highstreet loaded with pubs, shops and cafes is 10 minute in the other direction via a Waitrose. Haymarket station is a 15 minute walk away.
