Amenities include a 24 hour gym and shopping centre within a ten minute walk.
The Meadows and the heart of Newington is a 20 minute walk away. Royal mile is no more than 30 minutes walking distance.

The bus stop is across the road with many links and a 15 minute bus ride to Princes St.

You can see both the pentlands and Arthur's seat, Arthur's seat is practically the back garden with scenic running / cycling routes.

Flatmates are both professionals, very chill and laid back girls. They like cooking, going out for brunch / drinks and partial to a TV series or two.
