The property is very close to a Morrisons, Domino's pizza place, the Portobello beach, Holyrood gardens and a bus stop is just a few meters away. It overlooks a lush green garden with a community basketball court. The occupant will have full access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished with space for growing plants and wifi.
I am looking for an occupant who is preferably a working professional and vegetarian/vegan.
Room is available for short term lets during Fringe and beyond.
