I like to make friends with my flatmates and have movie nights, cook together occasionally, catching up after work etc. I sometimes host friends or family in the flat and would be very happy for you to do the same. On offer is a double room with a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk. My room is an ensuite, so you have the main bathroom to yourself, which has a bath with shower. Shared spaces include a living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There’s parking available.

The flat is located right in the heart of the city between Easter Road (2 minutes) and Leith Walk (8 minutes) but away from the hustle and bustle of town off a quiet side street. You can walk to all parts of the city and there are also plenty of buses nearby (including the 1, 35, 7, 14, 16, 25, 49, 11). There is also a Lidl within a 2 min walk. The tram which runs through the city from Leith to the airport is just a short walk away. There are shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
