Join Kat and Neil in a large spare double room in their spacious 3 bed bungalow.
Neil (38, Scottish) works at University of Edinburgh and Kat (35, American) works in events and theatre. Neil will be in the US and Australia for his sabbatical much of 2024/2025, and Kat will also be away for some portions. Looking for a lodger help us cover our mortgage and make use of our spare bedroom.
Would suit a working professional or phd student/postdoc.
Easy bike through the Queens park to city centre. 7 minute walk to the 44 bus stop at the end of our street going to Princes Street. Many other buses go from Willowbrae road, a short walk away.
Quiet leafy neighbourhood with parks and sea views.
Shared use of living room, kitchen, front and back gardens, washing machine, dishwasher, fast wifi, tv & PS5. Primary use of the main bathroom (Kat and Neil have an ensuite).
All bills (& council tax) included!
