Double bedroom available in EH10

Hi! Looking for a flatmate to join our 3 bedroom flat in Merchiston. The flat has a large kitchen with walk in pantry and dining space with attached laundry room. The living room is spacious with a bay window allowing lots of light in. The bathroom is long and well lit. There is decent amount of storage space in general. The flat also has a garden that is shared by the building tenements.
Street parking is available outside however a permit is required from the council. The flat is just off of Bruntsfield Place meaning there are many cafes, shops, grocery stores and bus stops nearby. Rent is £667 per month, with bills and council tax (council band F) it is around £800 per month. The photo of the room attached is the one that will be available. It is a double bedroom that is fully furnished. Room is available 30th May however can be flexible with dates.

You will be living with two veterinary surgeons (26F and 27F). One of us is Australian and the other is American. We are both pretty chill as flatmates. We love a good chat, going out, exploring the Scottish highlands, but do appreciate that others may require their own space. You must like dogs however as you will be living with one. Ideally looking for someone who is sociable and would be keen to do stuff on the weekends every now and then (planning to do a lot of road trips and camping in the upcoming summer months).
