The flat is also walkable distance to the heart of Newington and there's a shopping centre with an aldi, retail stores and a 24 hour gym a ten minute walk down the road. You've also got another gym a 5 minute walk the other direction. Lots of amenities close by!

For cyclists / runners there's the Meadows, Arthur's seat and the Pentlands and overall the flat gets good light & good views from both sides.

About the flatmates. Three lovely girls in 20s/early 30s. Interests include cooking, fashion, travelling, brunch and going out for drinks. They're partial to a TV series or two, and host friends around every so often.
