The flat lies north of Edinburgh, on the Ferry Road, 4 minutes from Crew Toll and within a short distance of the city centre and quite an array of gyms, local shops, takeaways, and restaurants nearby. Craigleith Shopping Centre, Lidl, Sainsbury's, and Morrisons are a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Pharmacy, Morrisons Daily, Farm Foods, and Royal Mail Post Office are opposite the road.
We are just 20 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by car from Princess Street. We are a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. Western General Hospital is 13 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car. Very good transport links into and out of the city centre.
Ample off-street free parking.
