Hi everyone, I’m looking for a replacement for my flatmate who is moving out on the 1st week of May. The flat itself is a 2-bedroom property with a lift access and is located at Citypark Way EH5 with excellent bus connections. It’s off of Ferry Road where you can get the 21 and 27 buses to town and other residential areas. My (soon-to-be) previous flatmate works in town and she says the walk is 35-40 mins from the flat. Western General hospital is a 15-min walk away. Food shopping-wise, It’s a 2-min walk to a Morrisons and about 10 mins walk to a Lidl. Stockbridge and Inverlejth Park are a 15-min walk away.
You will be sharing a flat with just myself, a working professional in my early 30s 😊 I mainly work from home but travel to work quite often, so I would love someone who is sociable but also is clean, tidy and respectful with space.
The room itself is a furnished double bedroom and the rent is £550 plus bills (roughly about £160-£180 each person: council tax is £105; energy is roughly £45 in the summer time but this goes up in the winter; and internet is £15). I am happy to take a postgraduate student, as long as they are happy to pay half of the council tax.
