Gilmore Place_Accomodation of UOE

Student Only!!! Available from early June to 29th August.
I'm Austin, a postgraduate student of UOE. My one-year study is about to finish, so I plan to go back to my home country and rent my room for someone needed.
Here are some information about my room:
Mixed gender, including 6 girls and 1 boy, all UOE students. Third Floor(the highest floor), en-suite, shared kitchen.
My room is larger than others', well furnished with a small double bed. Wide view of the central garden with a big window in front of the desk.
Parcel room, public laundry, common room included. All bills are included in the rent. If you can cover the whole period, price can be further discussed.
