Room for Rent in Dalry Area!

Lovely room for rent a really cute flat in the Dalry area of Edinburgh. Incredibly central location with very close bus links that take only 10-15 mins to get into town (25, 2, 33, 3, etc). The flat itself is a two bed, I've lived there for a year and a half and am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving back to America now that we are set to graduate. The room to rent is the bigger of the two rooms, fully furnished as my flatmate is leaving all her furniture behind. The rest of the flat is also fully furnished as we have collected furniture together over the past year and a bit! The majority of the building is occupied by those who own their flats so it's quite a quiet building which is nice. Also, we have access to a lovely garden!!

The flat is £637.50 a month (not including bills or wifi) and currently, as I am a student I don't pay council tax but I can discuss this in further detail if needed for those who aren't students.

I'm going to be starting a Masters Degree in Journalism in September so I'm looking for someone at a similar age who is either in their final year of undergrad, doing a masters, or out in the working world. Would love someone who is clean, down to earth but also someone who likes to hang out whether that be watching telly/reading in the living room or going out for a meal or a drink at the pub occasionally.
