The flat is approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the city centre and has good bus and tram links nearby. Super handy with two supermarkets just 5 minutes away (Tesco & Lidl). Lots of lovely walks on the door step, 10-15 min away from Botanical Gardens, Stockbridge, Leith Walk, walking distance to the Shore and Newhaven.
This is a very peaceful flat and location, so we’d expect you’d enjoy this type of environment and be mindful about it yourself.

About the flatmate:
I am a full time scientists, primarily office based, so you could work from home if required. I spend my free time mostly at the gym, seeing friends and enjoying outdoors, but also love an occasional day at home to recharge. I get along with people easily and happy to share a space, but also need time to myself so looking for someone similar. Ideally would prefer someone who’s mature, considerate and like a quiet and clean space. There’s a few plants in the flat (really trying not to get more) so hope you don’t mind those.
