The Mayfield Residences complex is managed professionally, with a reception, free gym, laundry room, bike storage and common area (includes study spaces, arcade machines, vending machine etc.) The staff is very warm and helpful. and organise community events regularly.

A bus stop is just outside, with direct routes to the city centre in 20 minutes. The Cameron Toll shopping centre is a 10-minute walk away.
