O'Shea North Summer Contract

Hi, im looking for someone to take over my contract in a post grad accomodation. I am looking for an organized person who need a space for the summer period.

It is an ensuite room in O'Shea North with a shared kitchen with 5 flatmates (everyone keeps to their own schedule but you'll probably see them around the kitchen/common space). There is a weekly cleaner who cleans the shared spaces and the bathroom.

The accomodation is very centrally located with main campus being a 10 minute walk away, Tesco/Lidl/Sainsbury's being a 5 min walk away, and Pleasance (student gym) being a 2 min walk away. As its in Holyrood, Arthur's Seat is 5 mins away as well as the main train station also less than a 10 minute walk away. There is also a lot of good places to eat and go out as Cowgate, and the Royal Mile are right around the corner!

My current contract is £714.56 per month (weekly 178.64) and will last until 29th Aug 2025. If you want to takeover the contract after, that is an option available to post-grad Uni of Edinburgh students.
