My flatmate is moving end of august and i looking for a professional to share the tenancy contract.
The room is quite specious, and the flat is fully furnished with new appliances in place. The flat is always clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we have high speed Wifi.

Flat is located in a very central area in grass market street, next to Edinburgh College of Arts and across the street from the castle, all essential shoppings and diners are less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Boasting a broad entrance hallway, a spacious sitting room, and a fitted dining kitchen, this property offers a comfortable and inviting living space.
Attached photos of the flat before tenancy, so we have a bunch of extra stuff in the place.
Room photo as it's now, will be cleaned after current flatmate move out.

There is a beautiful back yard garden accessible through the building.

Room rent is 620£ + bills
Bills are not included in the rend it is average of 150£ including electricity, Wifi, and council tax.
- One month deposit will be required by the agency.

You need to be very easy going, take care of the flat, keep it tidy, share cleaning shifts and maintain the shared areas.

About myself:
I am a 34, professional. i work near the medows, with 3 days from the office.
I am quite, tidy and friendly person and you will mostly see me around the kitchen cooking breakfast, dinner or grapping a snack which i am always happy to share. Other than that, i am usually working or out with friends or working out in the gym.
I have lived with so many people before from different nationalities and genders and i respect privacy and personal space.
