Flatmate wanted

Hiya! My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to sublet an open room at our place in the Old Town! She (27) is an American outdoor education postgrad at Edinburgh, and I'm (28) an Aussie studying animal and conservation biology at Napier. We’re both friendly, clean, and appreciate both spending time as a flat and having our own spaces.

Our flat is fully furnished, has a washing machine and is in a great location! We’re in the process of confirming the rent now that the winter is over, but it’ll be in the vicinity of £520-550/month. You’d need to be good with cats (and have Minnie’s stamp of approval). The flat is split over two levels with stairs.
Move-in would be as soon as the 22nd of May.

Youll be a great fit if youre clean, friendly, respectful of us and our things, open minded, and perhaps a bit neurospicy.
