Beautiful furnished double room available in Marchmont.

My flatmate is moving out at the end of June and his room is available. It’s a large double room with a view over the meadows and the castle.

The flat is very large and spacious with high ceilings and plenty of storage. There is a large shared living room, a shared study, bathroom with shower-in-bath, gorgeous sunny kitchen and two box rooms. There is also a shared garden to the back of the building.

The location is great for anyone working in the Tollcross/haymarket area, with the meadows right on the doorstep.

You’ll be living with me, a young professional who works near Haymarket. I normally work from home 2/3 days a week and am studying for a professional qualification, so use the office space frequently to study after work.

I’m friendly and like to be social, and really appreciate a tidy flat. I’d like a flatmate who is open to doing things together but of course also respects some need for down time!

My hobbies include cooking, running, going to the gym, pub nights!
