One room will be available from 1st December in our clean and well-maintained shared house, ideal for a female tenant seeking a long-term stay. The current tenants are 2 Muslim female professionals from the same university background. We live in a respectful, quiet, and tidy environment and are looking for someone who shares the same values.

Rent & Bills:
• Monthly rent: £450 (excluding bills)
• Council tax, utility bills, and Wi-Fi are shared between three people
• Bills of electricity and gas are depend on usage but usually come to around £60-70 per person per month in winter and less as well in summer.

• Tesco and Lidl within a 20-minute walk
• Excellent transport links:
• 2 minutes walk to the train station
• 6 minutes walk to bus No. 22
• 10 minutes walk to buses No. 12 and 21
• 20 minutes walk to buses No. 1, 18, 22, and the tram
