UPDATE - REPOSTING since our prospective new flatmate just pulled out last minute. Looking to sign contract ASAP with move-in date June 18th!
Our current flatmate is moving back to France on the 18th, so we have a double room available in a friendly flat in Tollcross near the meadows. It’s a spacious apartment with tall ceilings, large windows, and recently renovated kitchen/bathrooms. £650 rent before bills (~£40-£60/month) + council tax.
We’re looking for a professional (or student willing to split council tax 🤓) since it’s a mixed student/professional household. Our fourth flatmate will split the council tax (band E) 50/50 with me, since the other two flatmates are students. This brings the total up to roughly £800
I’m 26, and currently working in hospitality since finishing my masters in English literature. The other two flatmates are 24 and 26, a medical student and PhD student researching immunology.
