Room for Rent

Hello I'm Abbi. I'm 22 and have recently graduated. My flatmate has recently moved out so I live alone. My flat is situated in Saughton. It has several supermarkets nearby, is on the trams route for easy commuting to Uni/the city center and several buses go by. My neighbours are lovely and I have lived here for several years.

Bills are not included in the advertised price. I am in the lowest council tax band so I pay £126 a month. Regarding other bills, I put £50 a month into an account for electricity but I will provide meter readings to ensure you do not pay more than you use. Usually they are around £50 per month. This will be payable to me monthly on the 29th of every month. Wifi is £30 a month.

Added together for a monthly period and divided by 4.5, this comes out to £144 a week excluding electricity. A bit more about the flat. This is a rather unique situation. The flat is rented from a family member which ensures problems are resolved quickly and communication is easy.
