Flat is furnished with ample storage space in an excellent location, near the Playhouse and St James centre with tram stop nearby.

-2 double bedrooms, one smaller room with wardrobe and set of shelves, and one large room with walk in closet and ensuite shower(shower only, no toilet).
-Shared full bathroom (with bath and showerhead)
- Shared living room and centre located shared kitchen.
- Hall cupboard
- Full white goods: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, combi boiler.
- Permit holder parking on street
- Communal garden access

I will be moving into the property mid June and I am searching for a flatmate to help split costs.
Looking to share with professionals of similar age and any gender, no couples or smokers.
Proof of income required by landlord (such as current job offer).
You must also be ok with pets as I have an indoor cat (unfortunately you cannot bring your own pet as my cat does not get along with other animals).

I am a clean, tidy and considerate person who would like a calm and quiet atmosphere to relax in at home. I also work from home 3 days a week. When I am not at work I enjoy judo, reading, gym, video/board games and cooking.
