Single Room Plus Living Room by the Canal

I'd like a flatmate in my first floor flat in lovely Polwarth.

You'd get sole use of the single bedroom and the living room. The living room has a fold out sofa bed and projector. The bedroom has a work desk as well as storage.

We have a shared kitchen and a bathroom with under floor heating.

There is a communal garden which backs onto the canal. I use it to paddle to work sometimes.

Would suit any lovely person who valued having their own spaces. It would even suit a parent with young child. (£75 a month for an extra person.)

The flat has easy access to the city centre and Haymarket station (I commute from the station on weekdays).

Bills are included in the price (Council tax band C, gas heating and water, electricity and broadband).
