THE ROOM
Very large Double Bedroom in the centre of Edinburgh, New Town, a hearty Scottish room in a shared apartment. You will have use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and large shower.

Suitable if you're wanting your own space while you travel/study/visit Edinburgh's beautiful city.

Facing opposite one of Edinburgh's green gardens with west facing windows, sunshine all day (if it’s not raining).
You will be sharing with 4 other professionals in a *5 bedroom flat. Huge New Town (new town is the area) Flat so lots of space and stone walls with next to no noise! We’re often out working so it’s private and quiet.

AMENITIES
The space offers a Desk, Meditation corner, Reading corner, Double size Bed with memory foam mattress, a Kettle, your own Fridge (silent), a Library and TV which includes all apps.

SURROUNDING
A 2 minute walk west into the tranquil Stockbridge.
A 10 minute walk south to Princess street.
A 15 minute walk west to Dean Village.

PROVIDED
You will have fresh bed sheets, 2 towels, washing powder, tea, kettle, TV+apps inc.

The flat is so big that we hardly see each other so it’s like having your own space.
