UoE PGR Student - Long Term from June - Central Lo

I am looking for a fully matriculated University of Edinburgh student who is not living in any other University accommodation to take over my room in a 3-bedroom flat. This is a hard requirement made by the UoE Accommodations. It is not possible to have more than one contract active simultaneously so please keep this in mind. This is only for UoE Masters and Postgraduate Students.

Assuming you satisfy the above requirement, I have quite an offer for you. Flat is in absolutely best central location possible, and the rent is 525GBP / month. Heating is included but electricity is not - it is ~50GBP / month. Flat is rented directly from the University - you will have a contract not with the landlord, nor me, but with the University, so it's safe and certain. The current contract which I'm willing to transfer is until 17.06.2026. This flat is great for long term as you can easily further extend the contract with the University for the next year - I did it for 2 years of my PhD now. I'm leaving the flat cause I'm graduating soon.

More details about the flat: The flat is 3 private bedrooms, large kitchen, hall, bathroom, and a shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you will have your own space in the fridge and kitchen shelves. There's a lot of space in the flat for keeping your things. The flat's street is Teviot Place, so you can’t get better with the location - it is close to everywhere but quiet at the same time because all the parties happen in Meadows, not on the street. The walls are very thick, you can't hear your roommates, and other people living in the block. Attached, you can find pictures of the room. The other two flatmates are two great male Informatics PhD students. Ideally, a coming flatmate would be a male postgraduate too - Masters or PhD.
