Double room in two-bedroom Edinburgh flat

Double room available in two-bedroom ground-floor flat on Dalkeith Road.

Room furnished with: bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

Bills: can vary, but roughly £150 each per month (not included in rent). Council Tax band C.

The property is located within a 10-minute walk of Cameron Toll Shopping Centre (includes two supermarkets and a gym). Buses towards the city centre and the main University of Edinburgh campus are very regular (or it’s around a 30-minute walk to Old College). The property has access to a shared patio and garden area.

I’m a civil servant and often work from home. I’m looking for someone friendly, reliable, and proactive in keeping shared areas clean and tidy. I mostly keep to myself and will happily leave you to do likewise, though any shared interests would of course be very welcome. Students will be considered but must be willing to contribute equally to Council Tax. No short-term lets.
