Spacious double room near the Meadows - Tollcross

I’m on the lookout for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely 2-bed flat in Tollcross. My current flatmate is sadly moving away, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s up for making the place feel like home — not just sharing the space, but actually enjoying living together.

The flat is bright and spacious, with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The double room comes fully furnished and with loads of natural light thanks to the big window…and we’re literally just a minute away from the Meadows — perfect for hot chocolate walks.

You’d be sharing with me — I’m 26, moved to Edinburgh last year, and work mostly from home for a PR agency. I’m into running, climbing, hiking, and am currently on a mission to find the best coffee and cake in Edinburgh (want to join me?).

Bonus points if you’re a plant person — my flatmate’s taking most of the greenery with him, so the jungle needs rebuilding!
