Spacious Double room available in EH15

Hi Everyone,

I am renting a room in my apartment, minimum stay of 2 months, with the possibility of extending. It is located on EH15, about 25min from the centre by bus. 10 min walk to Fort Kinnaird, a shopping area with varieties of shops.

Lidl, Asda, M&S are nearby.

No couples or pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No party allowed.

I am looking for someone clean who could treat the flat with care.

You would live alone with me. I like to spend part of my free time reading books.

The apartment has 2 private entrances and is fully furnished.

The en-suite room has a single bed, a coffee table and 2 cupboards.
