Looking for flatmate

My two flatmates (one male and one female) and I are looking for a new flatmate for next year, as our original flatmate recently withdrew from university.

We’re all 19, studying at Napier University, with courses ranging from Business Management to Social Sciences. We’re sociable, enjoy a good balance of nights out and chilled evenings, and like to keep our space clean and tidy. We also love going for walks and exploring the city.

The flat is located in Morrison Circus, just a 5-minute walk from Haymarket. Rent is £853.63 per month pp, with bills included, and there’s a £50 deposit. All bedrooms are equal in size and setup, and the flat features a shared bathroom (no ensuite), but we’re all very clean and considerate of shared spaces. The lease starts on the 20th of July.
