Double room, with bathroom

I am a live in landlord (just me and my dog, so must be ok with dogs!), looking for a quiet and clean flatmate for the second bedroom I have, it’s a double and comes with a bathroom too (I have my own). There is also a third bedroom used as an office, and can be used if required. Parking space in the secure car park too. Bills including: Great broadband, Sky TV, gas and electricity all included. Three minutes walk to Cameron Toll shopping centre with all of its amenities. Plenty of bus links to the city centre.
