Double room in central Edinburgh - students only!

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy in Morrison Circus (Student Cribs) as I have been offered something much more suitable for me. You will have 3 other flat mates upon moving in, and all bills are included with rent! It is a 5 minute walk from Haymarket train station and various bus links, and also has great connections to Edinburgh Napier, University of Edinburgh and Heriot Watt, due to its central location! Parking is also available onsite, and no need for council tax since it is a student flat.

NOTE: I have not moved in yet, so I am simply trying to find someone to replace my spot in the tenancy agreement. Please message me for further details/ if you are interested :)
