There is a lovely, spacious, furnished double room with a private bathroom available from the end of June. Short-term summer rent welcome! Both students and professionals accepted :)

The flat will be shared with 2 medical students and 1 professional (some of them likely to be away for short period over summer).

It has 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining table (there is a washing machine with a dryer and a dishwasher), a big living room, and a communal garden. Located in in Tollcross/Bruntsfield area , 12 min walk to George Square uni campus, 3 min to the Meadows, 15min to Princes Street.

The rent with bills is £900 but happy to discuss.
