Room to let

Hi there, we're offering this room to let as one of our roommates are leaving. The location is fantastic as it's only a 20min bus ride into princes street and there are tons of local amenities nearby, such as a dominoes, asda, Edinburgh zoo and much more. It's ideal for students and we are looking to get a student into the flat for council tax reasons. It's ideal for Napier Craiglockhart students as the flat is right next to the campus. The toilet and shower is shared with one other person, and the kitchen/living room area is shared between 4 people. Everybody in the flat is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves as long as you don't create any issues we should get on well. If you would like some more details, please contact me.
