I've recently moved back into my home in Edinburgh and have two rooms available to let. I’ve included all the key details below – if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch!

Available immediately – ideal for someone needing accommodation before the end of the month.

I’m a live-in landlord – I share access to the kitchen and bathroom, though I may be away for periods or in and out irregularly.

The house will typically be shared between three people total (including me) – no more than that.

I’m a laid-back guy – my only real rules are: pay rent on time and clean up after yourself.

Located in Longstone, a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood on the west end of Edinburgh – peaceful, with no trouble and good local amenities.

Rent is £450 per month per room, which includes all bills and utilities (including council tax). A £300 refundable deposit is also required.
