✨2 bed/bath flat in New town with me and my cat!✨

Hi!

My lovely flatmate is moving back home this summer(mid July) and so I’m looking for an equally lovely vegetarian person to move in(long term)!

It’s a two bedroom flat with:

- Separate kitchen/living room
- A spare room for storage.
- 2 bathrooms, so you’d have your own (separate) bathroom
- Your own fridge in the kitchen
- A dishwasher(yay!)
- A super sweet, fluffy & massive yapper of a third flatmate - my cat Olivia!(Pictures attached <333)

❤️Location: We’re down the street/about a 5 minute walk from St James Quarter.

❤️Accessibility: there’s about 5/6 stairs outside the main door & one flight of stairs up to the flat door.

❤️Prerequisites: Olivia’s really sweet & friendly so I’d be keen for someone who *isn’t* allergic to cats & looking to live with veggies/vegans only !

I’m also queer & neurodivergent, mainly sober apart from special occasions !

It’s not a *party* flat but game/movie etc nights are totally fine & encouraged !! I like to keep a clean & tidy flat where we clean up after ourselves so if you’re specific about cleanliness - skip the queue💅

Happy to share with any gender although I’d prefer someone who’s also queer/on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum! I’m keen to keep the flat a safe space so if you’re a TERF/SWERF, this isn’t the flat for you.

The flat is unfurnished but there’s furniture in the living room/kitchen already & I’m happy to help you with finding(& building) bedroom furniture ! (And she’ll likely leave the desk) and I have an electric desk in the living room you can use if you like also !

In my spare time I like to feed birds, crochet, pole dance,(& i have a stage pole you can use if you’re a fellow poler💅)i’m learning to sew & literally *just* started gymnastics & calisthenics classes!
