Conveniently located off Leith Walk close to the city centre. Bus and tram stops at the front door. Several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity.

Studio room includes; a double bed with under bed storage, ensuite bathroom, study area with desk, chair and shelves, 2 hob electric stovetop, oven, microwave, wardrobe with a full length mirror, combined fridge freezer, wifi and a 2 seated dining area.

All utility bills and content insurance is included in the monthly payment.

The building also provided amenities for all to use. These include:
Communal Lounge, Gym, Bike Storage, Vending Machine,
Pool Table, Cinema Room and clothes washing facilities

Haddington Place provides a very friendly 24/7 Onsite Team which includes Onsite Security

Haddington Place student accommodation really is a lovely place to stay, I would totally recommend staying here, the only reason I'm not is due to a change of plans.
